Client Based Network is based on four specific parameters:

- Users operating on different devices ought to be able to execute given tasks
- Applications installed on wireless terminals aimed at carrying out tasks in the field
- User behavior is today characterized by a more flexible and mobile approach, as devices are in use while we move.
